We offer opportunities to explore new interests, engage in meaningful conversations, and enjoy creative and intellectual enrichment. Participants can build friendships, develop new skills, and experience personal growth in a welcoming and supportive community. We also encourage giving back through volunteer opportunities that make a lasting impact.

Course Description

Mah Jongg matches one’s playing pieces, called tiles, to a set of possible hands. It is a very social game played around a table with four players.

Open play is reserved for players who know how to play the game.

Instruction classes are offered separately. 

Groups are randomized and will play standardized games according to the National Mah Jongg League. Seats are first come first serve. No holding seats for others.

Please note there will be no Mahjong on May 22nd due to Shavout.

Course Description
No matter what art medium you draw or paint with, the best pieces of artwork are based on a good drawing.
Learn how to sharpen those drawing skills in this four-week course, where we explore a different art exercise each week to help us see our drawings not as named objects, but as an interacting collection of shapes and forms. 
Students will be asked to keep a sketchbook during the week; one-on-one critiques will be offered to help improve basic skills.
 
This is the list of supplies you will need to bring for the new Pencil to Paper - Intro to Drawing class!
 
Canson XL Watercolor pad (9x12 or 11x14)
Smaller sketchbook of your choice (good for travel)
HB, 2B,, 4B, 6B pencils
2B water-soluble pencil, Derwent or Artgraph
Kneaded rubber eraser
