Offering Programs to Help Long Term Health
We are pleased to offer wellness classes that educate, motivate and empower. Utilize these wellness resources to make healthy lifestyle choices in the areas of cardiovascular, strength and mind/body. Drop-in classes allow you to be as flexible as your schedule – show up early to secure your spot. There is something for every-BODY and all fitness and experience levels are welcome.
Classes run seven days a week, from early morning to late night, making them easy to work around any schedule. Come in before work to start your day strong or swing by after a long day to relieve some stress. Fitness and Wellness classes are available for all of your needs.

This non-contact Parkinson's boxing fitness program consists of balance training, agility work, hand eye coordination drills, strength training and endurance work. Exercises vary in purpose and form but share the common traits of being rigorous and intended to extend the capability of the participant. Assessment is required.
This program is supported by a community grant from the Parkinson’s Foundation. It is also supported by a grant from the Sephardic Foundation on Aging.

Diabetes Prevention Program
Diabetes affects more and more people each year, both nationally and right here in Western New York. Research has found that people with pre-diabetes – a condition in which blood sugar levels are high but not yet high enough to meet the criteria for diabetes – can make lifestyle changes to reduce their odds of diabetes.
Our 12-month prevention program is designed for those diagnosed with pre-diabetes or who are at risk of developing type 2 diabetes. The program includes 16 weekly, one-hour sessions covering nutrition, exercise, and behavior modification. We then meet monthly for continued support and maintenance. Fees are covered in full for Independent Health Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Health Plans.

Physical Therapy with Adam Field
Throughout Adam Field’s extensive training and experience, he has embraced the successful philosophies and practice of myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, deep tissue massage, and joint/soft tissue mobilization. He understands that individuals develop chronic pain as a result of injuries, poor body mechanics, and postural habits and that we typically do not find lasting relief unless the soft tissue that restricts motion is properly treated and released.
Adam’s experience, knowledge, empathy, and gentle manner allow him to develop individualized programs designed to meet the needs of each patient’s unique physical condition.
Adam Field Physical Therapy is an “out-of-network” provider for all insurance carriers. This allows us to concentrate on your health and healing process and determine an individualized plan according to your needs.
