This fun and supportive club is the perfect introduction to team and competitive swimming. Participants build confidence in the water, develop proper stroke techniques, and strengthen their skills while forming friendships and a lasting love for the sport.

Our Levels

STINGRAY

Ages 5 - 10

Perfect for swimmers just getting started, Stingray introduces the basics of competitive swimming in a welcoming and energetic setting. Participants learn the team dynamic of the sport while building foundational skills in:

  • Beginning racing techniques
  • Stroke development
  • Sportsmanship and teamwork

This entry-level program encourages young swimmers to dive in, make new friends, and experience the excitement of swimming as part of a team.

Shock

EAGLE RAY

Ages 8 - 13

Eagle Ray is designed for swimmers ready to deepen their understanding of the sport. With a strong emphasis on the fundamentals of the four competitive strokes— freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly—swimmers will focus on:

  • Stroke mechanics through targeted drills
  • Proper kick, head position, and body posture
  • Developing racing skills and learning the USA Swimming requirements
  • Team-building and sportsmanship

Prerequisite: Successful completion of American Red Cross Level 3 and/or J-Rays Stingray. This intermediate program prepares swimmers for competitive practice while continuing to strengthen both individual skills and team identity.

Thunder

MANTA RAY

Ages 10 - 17

Manta Ray is ideal for advanced swimmers aiming to elevate their performance and prepare for school or competitive swim teams. This program focuses on mastering all aspects of competitive swimming, including:

  • All four strokes with advanced technique
  • Flip turns and diving
  • Interval work for endurance and sprint training
  • Maintaining form under increased intensity

Swimmers are encouraged to challenge themselves, build strength, and thrive within a supportive team atmosphere. Participants will be invited to attend inter-squad dual meets and USA Swimming competitions.

Lightning
