Our certified and experienced instructors are dedicated to motivating you, providing comprehensive programming that caters to all abilities. With a diverse range of classes from Tai Chi and Spin to Hydromuscles and Yoga, you can easily mix and match to challenge new muscles and stay motivated!

Group Fitness Class Descriptions

20/20 ENDURANCE

20 exercises in 20 minutes! This challenging and motivating workout starts with light stretching followed by high, medium, and low impact exercises followed by as many reps as possible. Modifications are given so anyone can participate and leave class feeling successful.

2-4 MILE GROUP JOG/RUN

Running with a group can help you stay motivated and focus on running. The people in the group have similar interests and understand what each other are going through when running -  Please note this is not coaching or instruction.

BARRE

Combines barre movements with weighted exercise and cardio to increase strength, muscle endurance, core fitness, and balance.

BODYPUMP

The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. Challenges your major muscle groups by using squats, presses, lifts and curls.

BODY COMBAT

A fitness class that lets you punch and kick your way towards your fitness goals!

BOOTCAMP

Bootcamp starts with 30 minutes of HIIT cardio to burn calories, followed by 30 minutes of weight and core training to build strength and power set to energetic and fun music. It is perfect for individuals that are looking to train their athleticism and push their limits. 

CARDIO KICKBOXING

Full body workout with cardio bursts. Boxing mixed with high-intensity moves to burn calories and build strength and muscles.

COMBAT & CORE

Lets you punch and kick your way towards your fitness goals with added core workout.

CORE

Hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper and lower body. Great for tightening your tummy and butt. Improve strength and assist in injury prevention.

CYCLE & SCULPT

Cycle & Sculpt is a twist on traditional indoor cycling, turning it into a full body workout! Our signature rhythm ride includes cardio intervals, choreography, and light weights for a complete workout all set to the beat of the music. Then finish off with a few minutes of core work on a mat afterward. (optional)

CYCLING

Pedal through hill climbs, sprints and other challenging drills to improve your cardiovascular conditioning.

EXPRESS ARMS AND ABS

A combo class that focuses on toning your upper body and core with our instructor's favorite weighted sculpt exercises.

EXPRESS BARRE

This class is inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and pilates. It is a low-impact, high-intensity workout focused on lengthening long muscles with stretching as well as toning small muscle groups. Each workout has low, medium, and high-level modifications.

EXPRESS CYCLE

Join us for a quick 30 minute intense spinning class. Filled with hills sprints intervals jumps and push ups.

EXPRESS SPIN

Express Spin is a 30 minute version of our classic class – a condensed but just as intense workout designed for you to get that same rush but leaving extra time in your day.

EXPRESS TRX

This class is a total body workout in 30 minutes. This TRX Circuit training allows you to move through a variety of strength and cardio stations utilizing the TRX straps and other equipment.

GLUTES GALORE

Glutes are the largest muscle group of the body, so come join the class to isolate, strengthen and tone the glutes!

HATHA YOGA

Utilizes improved posture and conscientious breathing techniques in combination with mental focus to develop awareness, strength, flexibility and relaxation. Great for beginners.

H.I.I.T

Burn fat without losing muscle. Within each workout, participants experience short intervals of training that deliver a calorie-drenching workout and post metabolic boost.

PILATES

A mind body discipline which uses breathing with exercises to develop core control and Pilates which develops mental power and control.

PILATES/BARRE FUSION

Combines both Pilates and Barre techniques. Pilates uses breathing and exercises to develop core and mental control of the body. Barre is no impact and focuses on functional movements, full range of motion and body alignment.

POWER HOUR CIRCUIT TRAINING

A total body, heart pumping, cardio and strength conditioning workout. This class combines high intensity cardio bursts to hit your heart rate peak twice, plus core and bodyweight training to tone up your muscles.

SCULPT AND STRETCH

This is perfect blend for the mind and body, providing an opportunity to burn calories and sculpt muscles. Finish out class with Yin style yoga stretching.

SEATED/STANDING YOGA

A unique yoga style that adapts yoga positions and poses through the creative use of a chair. Poses are practiced seated on the chair or the chair is used for support during standing and balance poses. Emphasis is on breathing, balance, strength, flexibility,  and relaxation. Suitable for all ages, fitness levels and physical conditions.

SENIOR YOGA FIT

 Geared to seniors and those with limited mobility. The primary focus is on deep breathing and relaxation.

SILVERSNEAKERS® BOOM MUSCLE

Improve strength, flexibility and endurance in convenient workouts. These classes will challenge you, but don’t worry: one-handed pushups aren’t required. No chairs are used.

SILVERSNEAKERS® CARDIO

Safe, healthy and gentle on the joints. Includes easy low-impact movement and upper body strength, abdominal conditioning, stretching and relaxation exercises.

SILVERSNEAKERS® CLASSIC

Increase strength and movement for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing, and a SilverSneakers ball are used for resistance. A chair is used for support.

SILVERSNEAKERS® STABILITY

Become stronger and improve balance, the movements taught in class focus on specific exercises to improve strength and power around the ankle, knee, and hip joints, while improving your reaction time.

SLOW FLOW YOGA

Take your time to find your way to the various poses through class using modifications and variations along the way. Find the poses that best fit us rather than trying to fit into the specific pose. Suitable for everyone.

SPIVI CYCLING

This interactive multimedia platform collects info like power, cadence, speed, distance and heart rate in real time! Join your group on a steep hill, rugged terrain or slow roll as you watch the visuals in front of you.

STRETCH IT OUT

Stretching is the most overlooked aspect of fitness.  Stretching elongates the muscles, improves flexibility, decreases the risk of injury and helps with daily stiffness.  This class offers a wide variety of overall body stretches to improve overall flexibility.

TAI CHI

Practice movement without straining joints and muscles. Develop a coordination of mind and body, release stress, strengthen and stretch the body, improving flexibility and balance.

TAI CHI INTERMEDIATE

Practice movement without straining joints and muscles. Develop a coordination of mind and body, release stress, strengthen and stretch the body, improving flexibility and balance.

U.P. ULTIMATE POWER

Short warm up followed by 15 minutes of H.I.I.T., 20 minutes of circuit training stations, and 5 minutes of yoga stretching as a cool down.

VINYASA YOGA

Once postures are mastered, students are taught to transition their postures in a breath synchronized motion. This class is intended for Intermediate-advanced participants.

WARM YOGA

A early rise yoga class, build strength, tone, and for building a stronger practice. Moving through hatha and vinyasa sequences to start the day with concentration, calm, and vitality. Intermediate focus, beginners are welcomed!

YOGA FIT

Encompasses the mind, body and spirit while improving flexibility, strength and relaxation. Poses and stretches are held for longer periods of time. This is not a fast flow yoga. No chairs are used.

YOGA MECHANICS

A listening breathing moving meditation. Focusing on subtle movements and mechanics, refining our postures, building strength improving concentration and learning to see our limitations as opportunities. This class will help develop core strength, precision, balance and endurance.

ZUMBA

Ditch the workout and join the party. Come work up a sweat in this blast of a class!

Aquatics Class Descriptions

AI CHI

Ai Chi is a water-based total body strengthening and relaxation progression that integrates mental, physical and spiritual energy. It combines Tai-Chi concepts with Shiatsu and Watsu techniques and is performed in shoulder-deep water using a combination of breathing and slow, broad movements of the arms, legs and torso. The Ai Chi progressions moves from simple breathing, to the incorporation of upper-extremity, trunk, lower-extremity and finally total body involvement.

AQUACISE

General cardio and resistance training for the upper & lower body in the water.

AQUA CARDIO BLAST

*Holland Family Building only
All ages and fitness levels will enjoy this workout! Short intervals of cardio exercise at your own pace mixed with stretching and rest.

AQUA HIIT

*Benderson Family Building only

Maximize your cardio training. For experienced exercisers. Limited to 15 participants. One-day and two-day options are available. For experienced exercisers. Limited to10 participants. This is a fee-based class, and registration is required.

AQUA-THON

*Benderson Family Building only
This aquatic triathlon training course is designed for those looking for a fun, new workout routine. We take the three major components of a triathlon(swimming, cycling, and running) with the added benefits of aquatics resistance and low-impact. For experienced exercisers. Limited to 8 participants. This is a fee-based class, and registration is required.

EZ RIDER

*Benderson Family Building only
EZ Rider is a low intensity water cycling course similar to our Hydrorider course but geared towards those would still like to enjoy the benefits of water cycling at their own pace.  Limited to 6 participants.

FLEXORCISE

This fun all inclusive class features walking, stretching, and range of motion exercises. This is a Great class for those with joint, or muscle issues looking to enjoy aerobic exercise with the added benefit and low impact environment of the pool.

FLOAT FITNESS

This is a majority deep water suspended class with cardio, core and resistance training.

HYDRO MUSCLES

A shallow and deep-end cardiovascular muscle conditioning workout. Working the entire body by utilizing different pieces of equipment and the resistance of the water.

HYDRORIDER

Burn calories in the water with this low impact, high resistance aqua spin bike!

WATER AEROBICS

Cardio and resistance training for the upper & lower body. Use water weights and aerobics to tone and burn calories with an ab training.

WATER IN MOTION®

WATERinMOTION® is a pre-choreographed, quarterly-released group aqua exercise program that refreshes your aerobic experience every 3 months with new choreography and music, land equivalent intensity, fantastic sing-along quality music, and dynamic instructors.
