I enjoy the diverse work environment at the JCC and have a background in physical therapy, earning an associate degree as a PTA. I'm passionate about helping people feel comfortable and confident in the gym. My military experience, including holding a high PT score during Basic Training and AIT, instilled in me a commitment to excellence. I'm approachable, understanding, and cater to a wide range of fitness levels and goals, from beginners to advanced. I specialize in circuit training, free weights, endurance, core exercises, and functional training that align with daily activities.
