TUF-Teens
Teens Understanding Fitness! Being physically active has a number of benefits that range from increased strength, weight maintenance, improved sleep, better self-esteem and having more energy. The TUF program is designed to introduce teens to safe and effective fundamental exercise principles. Instruction takes place in our fitness centers and is for ages 10-13. Cost is $40. Once the class is completed, kids receive a TUF teens wristband to signify they have passed the course and can use the cardio equipment.
