Fitness Orientation

This free session is designed for members who are seeking to better familiarize themselves with the JCC's varying fitness equipment and gym floor. A great way to get started with your wellness goals or as a refresher.

National Diabetes Prevention Program

The first half of this Diabetes Prevention program focuses on diet, exercise, and behavior modification followed by bi-weekly meetings that offer strategies for staying on goal.

In order to qualify for this program, participants must be at high risk for developing diabetes.

Rock Steady Boxing

Empowering people with Parkinson's disease to fight back.

This program gives people hope by improving their quality of like through a non-contact boxing based fitness curriculum.

Each class consists of balance training, agility work, hand eye coordination drill, strength training, and use of core boxing sequences.

All session are 1 hour and 15 minutes led by certified Rock Steady Boxing Coach. Pricing
