  • 2 group zoom meetings at a time that’s convenient for you
  • 2 private meetings
  • 2 weekly guides with a blueprint for healthy living
  • 2 full color recipe guides
  • Membership in a private Facebook group with daily motivation and accountability
  • Suggested meal plans and shopping lists
  • Food diary

60 Day Weight Loss Journey

Goes more in depth to make sure that the small changes you start, continue into long term solutions
