Buffalo Vacation Club

When schools are closed, Vacation Club is in session. Please have your child bring a lunch, water bottle, sneakers, a bathing suit, and a towel daily.  

Please check your child's school calendar to verify they do not have school before registering for vacation club.  We follow the Buffalo Public School calendar.  If your child attends another school (charter school, catholic school, etc.) they may have a regular school day.

Registration is open to children in grades K-6th.

** We are Peanut Free / Tree Nut Free.  Please only pack peanut free / tree nut free items.

Please, no electronics!

If your child is not currently enrolled in our Kids Place After-School Program and this is the first vacation club that your child is attending at the JCC this school year, please complete and return the following form to complete the registration:

• the Child Enrollment & Release form

The following forms are only required if your child has an emergency medication (epi-pen, inhaler, etc.):

• OCFS 7002 medication consent form
• OCFS 7006 individual health care plan
• OCFS 6029 individual allergy and anaphylaxis emergency plan

If your child attends a school other than the Buffalo Public Schools (BPS) please check their school calendar before registering for the vacation club. 

If your child is enrolled in our Kids Place After-School Program and has a regular school day, please inquire with Karen Kelsey to see if after-school care is available.
