Amherst Vacation Club

When schools are closed, Vacation Club is in session. Bring lunch, water bottle, sneakers, a bathing suit, and a towel daily. 

Please, no electronics!

Registration is open to children in grades K-6th.

If your child is not currently enrolled in our Kids Place After-School Program and this is the first vacation club that your child is attending at the JCC this school year, please complete and return the following form to complete the registration:

• the Child Enrollment & Release form

The following forms are only required if your child has an emergency medication (epi-pen, inhaler, etc.):

• OCFS 7002 medication consent form
• OCFS 7006 individual health care plan
• OCFS 6029 individual allergy and anaphylaxis emergency plan

If your child attends a school other than the Williamsville Central School District (WCSD) please check their school calendar before registering for the vacation club. 

If your child is enrolled in our Kids Place After-School Program and has a regular school day, please inquire with Bailey to see if after-school care is available.

Note:  Children registered for the Friday, June 12th Early Dismissal Vacation Club will need to be picked up by 4:00 pm.  The Center will close early that day.
