Amherst J-Rays Swim Club

The J-RAYS -  "CENTERLAND RAYS" Swim Club is JCC Buffalo’s youth swim team for ages 5–17. 

This Morning Summer program is also a great opportunity for CAMP CENTERLAND parents who need an early drop off at the JCC before camp.

The program features three levels—Stingray (ages 5–10), Eagle Ray (ages 8–13), and Manta Ray (ages 10–17)—which group swimmers by ability, experience, and commitment.

This fun and supportive club is the perfect introduction to team and competitive swimming. Participants build confidence in the water, develop proper stroke techniques, and strengthen their skills while forming friendships and a lasting love for the sport.
