Pilates Personal Training

 A system of movements designed to re-pattern, realign and balance motion, coordination and stamina. The exercises require concentration, control, precision, specific breathing patterns and dynamic, fluid movements.

Tabata Bootcamp 

An 8 week small group Personal Training program that is based on High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.). Each 30 minute workout contains short intervals of training that deliver a calorie drenching workout and post metabolic boost. Then to keep your metabolism boosted, you will receive 6-minute daily web workouts.

Member:
1 session per week: $112
2 sessions per week: $196

Non member:
1 session per week: $144
2 sessions per week: $252
