Running is my passion and I have completed a half marathon and run over seventy 5k’s! My high spirits and enthusiasm have helped push others to take part in the sport of running, and help them achieve that runners high! Talk to me and tell me what your goals are. You have seen me at the Benderson Family Building for over 8 years either in the pool or instructing in the group fitness studio. I specialize in both traditional exercise and mind/body programs. As an instructor for over 18 years, my extensive background includes multiple water and land certifications. A Reiki Master teacher and an ARCB certified reflexologist, I combine my skills to provide a unique water and yoga experience that will resonate with all who are exposed to my dynamic classes. I am a published author in AKWA, the national water pro journal of the Aquatic Exercise Association.
