Conditioning the abdominal core with exercises that increase muscular strength and endurance. Class concludes with stretching.
Focusing on postural strength and alignment, followed by a series of upper body exercises using light weights. The Barre is used to sculpt the lower body, abs and for flexibility training. The down to the mat with a fitball for core work and a relaxing and invigorating final stretch.
This military-inspired circuit training commands power, strength and agility. As you work your way through each workout station, you’ll lunge, crunch and sweat your way to a full body workout. If you’re ready to push your limits, this sweat session is for you!
A calming, stress relieving, and rejuvenating Hatha yoga class to stretch, strengthen, and heal the body. Emphasis is on building awareness of the breath and body through movement and stillness. Yoga postures and sequences are practiced at a slower pace with special attention to alignment and detail. Blankets, blocks, and pillows are used to deepen poses and rest in restorative postures. This class is recommended for all levels.
Hatha Flow Yoga
Hatha Yoga uses postures and conscious breathing in combination with mental focus to develop awareness, strength, flexibility and relaxation. Beginner
Les Mills BodyAttack/Core Combo
You’ll build stamina and our sports-inspired moves will improve your coordination and agility in BodyAttack. Improve your functional strength in CXWorx. Work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches and hovers. Come for one or stay for both!
Update: Members will be required to bring their own mats and resistance bands to use while at the JCC. Although previously available, Covid guidelines stipulate that the JCC cannot make them available for public use. We offer Mats: $13+tax and Resistance Bands: $10+tax.
Les Mills BodyCombat
A high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.
Les mills BodyPump
The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. Challenges your major muscle groups by using squats, presses, lifts and curls.
Les Mills Core
Hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper and lower body. Great for tightening your tummy and butt. Improve strength and assist in injury prevention.

A mind body discipline which uses breathing with exercises to develop core control and Pilates which develops mental power and control.
A unique yoga style that adapts yoga positions and poses through the creative use of a chair. Poses are practiced seated on the chair or the chair is used for support during standing and balance poses. Emphasis is on breathing, balance, strength, flexibility, and relaxation. Suitable for all ages, fitness levels and physical conditions.
Safe, healthy and gentle on the joints. Includes easy low-impact movement and upper body strength, abdominal conditioning, stretching and relaxation exercises.
Increase strength and movement for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing, and a SilverSneakers ball are used for resistance. A chair is used for support.
Introducing Spivi Systems! This interactive multimedia platform collects data such as power, cadence, speed, distance and heart rate from sensors in real time! Join your group on a steep hill, rugged terraine or slow roll as you watch the visuals in front of you.
Practice movement without straining joints and muscles. Tai Chi develops a coordination of mind and body, releases stress, strengthens and stretches the body, improving flexibility and balance.
Total Body Workout
Combines step and kickboxing moves for strength and endurance. Class uses free-weights for strengthening arms, back and core muscles.
Classes offer students a greater challenge. Once postures are mastered, students are taught to transition their postures in a breath synchronized motion. Intermediate-advance.
Warm Power Yoga
Improvement of flexibility, strength, cardio conditioning, increased blood circulation as well as detoxification and stress reduction all precticed in a warm, heated space. Suitable for all levels.

Zumba + Barre
This fun fusion class combines a Zumba cardio blast with the muscle lengthening and endurance benefits of Barre. Tone and condition your abs, glutes, and core, improve your rhythm and coordination while kicking it to a curated mix of Latin, Caribbean, hip hop and EDM beats. Beginners welcome!
