Adult Pick-Up Basketball

Ages: 17+
Free to members, Community Participants must purchase guest pass at Member Services Desk. Equipment provided.

FUTSAL

Grades: K-6
Futsal is the South American version of Indoor Soccer. Played with a few different rules, kids will learn great balance, agility and coordination.

Lacrosse

Grades: K-6
Lacrosse is a fast paced and exciting sport. Kids will learn amazing hand eye coordination, agility and teamwork.

Kidsfit

Ages: 5-10
Engaging, regularly rotating activities that develop children's social, motor, and sport skills. Free to all members.

Mondays & Wednesdays 6:15-7:15pm
Sundays 10:00-11:30am

All Ages
Burn off a little energy! Participants under 14 must have a parent in the facility at all times. For safety reasons, only basketballs will be available during this time unless approved by HF&R Management.

Storm Swim Dryland Training

Practice for Storm Swim Club that involves training and conditioning focusing on cardio, strength & agility.

Tai Chi - Beginner

Practice movement without straining joints and muscles. Develop a coordination of mind and body, release stress, strengthen and stretch the body, improving flexibility and balance.

Tai Chi - Intermediate

Challenge your balance in transition movement in Tai Chi principles thorough Yang 24 form. More advance Qigong will be practiced. The health benefits are amazing with the most effective balance conditioner in the world.

Teen Pick-Up Basketball

Ages: 14+
Free to members, Community Participants must purchase guest pass at Member Services Desk. Equipment provided.

U.P. Ultimate Power

Why U.P.? You can only go UP from here. Instructed by Jodee and Rene, short warm up followed by 15 minutes of H.I.I.T., 20 minutes of circuit training stations, and 5 minutes of yoga stretching as a cool down.
