The Power of Humor with Dr. Catherine Ansuini

Dr. Catherine G. Ansuini, a professor at Buffalo State University, is a nationally recognized keynote speaker and wellness expert known for her energetic, humorous approach to health education. She created “Dr. Kate’s Theory of Wellativity” and “Know Your Wellability,” has published extensively, and is currently researching the healing power of humor. Her work spans international presentations, major grant leadership, and decades of community health advocacy, media consulting, and organizational service. Honored with the SUNY Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Faculty Service and multiple teaching and advising awards, she remains dedicated to improving well-being and inspiring audiences of all ages.
