JFest – Sustain: A Root to Stem Jewish Cooking Experience Live with Chef Michael Solomonov

October 21 | 8:00 pm

Join Israeli chef and restaurateur Michael Solomonov live from his home kitchen in Philadelphia as he uses seasonal ingredients to prepare “root to stem,” zero-waste dishes that honor sustainability, Jewish cuisine, and the stories behind our favorite recipes. The chef-owner of Philadelphia’s award-winning Zahav, Solomonov offers the JCC Movement a sampling of his unique, innovative cultural and culinary perspectives. Recipes are provided in advance, so you can cook along at home.
