Day Trip to Chautauqua Institution
July 13 | 9:30 am
Join us on Wednesday, July 13 for a day trip to Chautauqua Institution. Includes Bus transportation from the JCC Benderson Building departing at 9:30 am. Lunch at the Athenaeum Hotel, and a ticket to see the Chautauqua Theater Company production of Indecent in the Bratton Theater. Indecent, inspired by true events surrounding the controversial 1923 Broadway production of Sholem Asch’s God of Vengeance, is set at a time when waves of immigrants were changing the face of America. Music is from Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Paula Vogel, is full of joyful human passion, and is a brilliant, moving experience about theater, censorship, and love.
