I have backgrounds in Water Exercise Training and Competitive Swim Coaching. I focus on improving the three major components of swimming for fun and fitness: comfortability, technique, and endurance. As well, I actively train and certify in all American Red Cross courses.

You have seen me at the Benderson Family Building for over 8 years either in the pool or instructing in the group fitness studio. I specialize in both traditional exercise and mind/body programs. As an instructor for over 18 years, my extensive background includes multiple water and land certifications. A Reiki Master teacher and an ARCB certified reflexologist, I combine my skills to provide a unique water and yoga experience that will resonate with all who are exposed to my dynamic classes. I am a published author in AKWA, the national water pro journal of the Aquatic Exercise Association.

I have my lifeguard, CPR, First-Aid, and Oxygen Certifications.
As your personal trainer, I will focus on strengthening your body and improving your swim techniques by training you both in and out of the water. I believe that having fun and being comfortable in the water is an important life skill.
