Rachel Jerozal, NASM Certified Personal Trainer
Originally from Florida, I’ve been an avid gym-goer throughout my life but it wasn’t until last spring, when I signed up for the Corporate Challenge on a whim and had so much fun training, that I realized I should make my passion for healthy living a career! Since then, I have earned my personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and am now pursuing a degree in Exercise Science. I love challenging myself through high-intensity interval training but also really enjoy the deep release that comes with gentler exercises such as aerobics or pilates. I’ve also found some of my favorite workouts by taking group classes, which can be a fun way to switch up a routine. Fitness has always been an outlet for me to let go of the stresses of the day so I hope to help others realize exercise’s many positive effects on both the body and mind. I aim for clients to discover their inner athlete and reach goals through functional training. I believe the greatest gift is the gift of health so I can’t wait to guide you towards an active life!

I can adapt as required, as my massage has evolved to become very compassionate. If you feel that I might be a good fit, or should you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact me. I look forward to meeting and working with you.
