What is Tabata?
Tabata Bootcamp™ is an 8 week small group Personal Training program that is based on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).
What happens during a Tabata session?
Participants meet in small groups with their trainer for workouts combined with metabolic tracking, and 24/7 web support that help deliver amazing body transformation results. Within each 30 minute workout, participants experience short intervals of training that deliver a calorie drenching workout and post metabolic boost. Then to keep your metabolism boosted, you will receive 6-minute daily web workouts provided to you online from the Tabata Bootcamp™ Website.
How does the 8 week session pricing work?
Sessions are for 1/2 hour, one time a week.
Individuals pay $144, $112 w/member discount
I want greater impact, can I workout more often?
Yes, you can sign up for 1/2 hour, two times per week.
