New Years Resolutions made easy with Team Personal Training
Join a Personal Trainer with a Team of 2 or 3 people to focus on your own personal fitness goals. This is a personal and Team training competition focused specifically on weight loss. Each individual on the Team will be weighed on the Personal Training Studio scale pre and post the Operation 90 Days program. Each week your Personal Trainer and Team will meet for one hour of small group training for 12 weeks. Between training sessions, your Personal Trainer will provide a workout routine to support your fitness goals. Prizes will be awarded to the team, individual female and male with the greatest weight loss.
