12 weeks • 1 Hour Personal Training • 1 time a week
Join a Personal Trainer with a Team of 2 or 3 people to focus on your own personal fitness goals. This competition is focused specifically on weight loss. Between training sessions, your Personal Trainer will provide a workout routine to support your fitness goals.
Jan. 22 - April 15 (training contract must be completed in this time frame)
