ATTACK YOUR CORE: A combo class starting with 30 minutes of BodyAttack, focusing on agility and stamina.  Followed by 30 minutes of CXWorx, training your core muscles and giving you an all body workout!

BODYATTACK™: A cardio workout that improves your speed, fitness, strength and agility.  Moves are easy and you don’t need flawless coordination.

BODYPUMP: The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body.  This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like Squats, Presses, Lifts and Curls.  Get the results you came for - and fast!

BODYPUMP EXPRESS: If you’re searching for a quick burn session that fits into your busy schedule, then BodyPump™ Express is your go-to.  This full-body circuit uses only barbells to combine strength training and cardiovascular work into one workout, making you sweat and burn fat like never before.  You’ll engage your arms, blast your core and work your lower body as you develop lean muscle and a rev up your metabolism.

CHAIR YOGA: A one hour class consisting of seated and standing poses to develop balance, flexibility, core and body strength as well as to increase range of motion.  It's geared toward Boomers and Boomers Plus.

CXWORX: Hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body.  It's ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.  It'll help you run faster ... play harder ... stand stronger!

CYCLING: Warm-up, steady up-tempo cadences, sprints, climbs and cool downs.  You control the resistance on your bike to adjust difficulty.

GENTLE YOGA: Rejuvenate and heal the body.  Blankets, blocks, and bolsters are used to allow the body to fully achieve each position comfortably.  This class is at a slower pace and focuses on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension.

HATHA YOGA: Hatha Yoga uses postures and conscious breathing in combination with mental focus to develop awareness, strength, flexibility and relaxation.  Beginner.

INTERMEDIATE PILATES: Lengthen and strengthen your body using concentration, control, centering and breathing.

MAT & BARRE PILATES: A mind-body discipline which uses breathing combined with exercises to develop core control.  Build a balanced, aligned frame with strong flexible muscles.  This class will use the Barre for the core, feet, legs, and hips in weight-bearing positions.  An introductory private session may help if you have no experience.

RPMA indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music.  Take on the terrain through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training.  Sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.  A new class is released every three months with new music and choreography.

SILVERSNEAKERS® CARDIO: Safe, heart healthy and gentle on the joints.  Includes easy to follow low-impact movement and upper body strength, abdominal conditioning, stretching and relaxation exercises.

SILVERSNEAKERS® CLASSIC: A variety of exercises to increase strength and movement for daily living.  Hand-held weights, elastic tubing, and a SilverSneakers ball are used for resistance. A chair is used for support.

SWEAT ‘N SCULPT: Combines step and kickboxing moves followed by endurance training.  Free-weights or floor work for core muscles.

TAI CHI: Practice movement without straining joints and muscles.  Tai Chi develops a coordination of mind and body, releases stress, strengthens and stretches the body, improving flexibility and balance.

TIGHTEN UP/STRETCH IT OUT: Improve flexibility with a powerful and relaxing workout promoting strength and body awareness. Work your abs with exercises that strengthen, tone, and define.
