HOLLAND FAMILY BUILDING

WATER MUSCLES

Cardio & toning, full body workout done both deep & shallow water using water weights & noodles to build muscles.

Tuesdays & Thursdays: 10:45 am-11:45 am

Sundays: 10:30 am-11:30 am

WET SWEAT

Cardio, dance & fun.

Saturdays: 11:00 am-11:45 am

WAVE RUNNER-CARDIO & CORE

Ankle weights, water weights, aqua jogger, mix of cycling, kickboxing & jogging.

Mondays-Thursdays: 12:00 pm-12:30 pm

Small Fee

WAVE RUNNER PLUS

Same as Wave Runner, extra 15 minutes.

Saturdays: 12:00 pm-12:45 pm

AQUACISE

Osteo-Fit, stretching, cardio & resistance training.

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays: 10:45 am-11:45 am

WATER AEROBICS

Cardio, strength, abs training.

Mondays & Wednesdays: 7:00 pm-8:00 pm

PERSONAL TRAINING 1-ON-1

Toning, strengthening , flexibility.

4-1/2hr sessions $74
