Children's Swim Lessons
American Red Cross swim classes are offered to children of all ages. Class sizes are limited to provide your child the best opportunity to learn skills. For more information contact Sarah DeVantier at 688-4114, ext. 320 or Kym Seiss at 886-3172, ext. 411.

Interval Training
Get a terrific resistance training workout in the water! The comfortable temperature of our heated pool will keep you invigorated as you do exercise routines that maintain and/or increase joint mobility and range of motion.

Personal Training in the Water
Work one-on-one with the finest aquatics professionals available. Learn how to swim (at any age), refine your stroke, get back into shape, increase your flexibility, build your endurance or increase your strength. Come on in...the water is great and the trainers are ready...just for you! Water Aerobics
A more intense workout than Watercise. Working in the deep and shallow ends of the pool, you get a full body and cardio workout, while jogging, stretching, dancing and boxing.

Water Exercise
Put on the resistance gloves! Pick up the water weights! Get ready for a moderate aerobic workout that concentrates on toning and stretching in the deep and shallow ends of the pool.

Water Workout
This aerobic workout combines jogging with water weights in the shallow end. Get invigorated by the workout and enjoy the increased toning benefits that result from this fun exercise.

Watercise
Join one of the most social exercise programs happening, as you do water walking, fully body stretches and use noodles for resistance training, upper and lower body toning and abs strengthening.
