Member Assistance Coaching

There are 4 steps to our Member Assistance Coaching program!
Once you join the JCC a personal trainer will guide you through each orientation session at a time that is convenient.
- SESSION 1:
You will have a fitness assessment complete with a blood pressure screening, body fat analysis, and your
body weight will be measured. Once completed, your personal trainer will give you an introduction to
the cardio equipment offered at the JCC.
- SESSION 2:
You will be introduced to the resistance equipment and be instructed on how to set up your own seat
adjustments, find your weight lifting level and proper alignment.
- SESSION 3:
You will be asked which of more than the 35 land or water group fitness classes that you are interested in.
Your personal trainer will then introduce you to the instructor of that class and help get you started.
If you prefer, you can opt for the 1-on-1 flexibility training if group fitness isn’t for you.
- SESSION 4:
You will have a 1-on-1 personal training session with the focus of the session determined by your
personal fitness goals.
