Kiddie Camp Parent
Manual
Summer camp experience for children ages 2 ½ - pre-K . Children attend
camp for 2,4,6, or 8 weeks.
Exciting developmentally balanced programs for a perfect blend of high-energy
fun, small group activities and great camping traditions and adventures. Camp
weeks include specialty activities, art, swimming, sports, dance, drama, cooking,
“Wild Card” surprise activities, weekly Shabbat celebrations, all camp
programs, special guests and more!
Progams Offered
A. CHALUTZIM (PIONEERS)
9:30 AM – 1:00 PM M/W/F
Exciting developmentally balanced program for children ages 2 ½ to
just 3. Water
adjustment in the outdoor Kiddie Pool, crafts, fitness, music and more! Perfect
for the
first time camper.
B. PORTZIM (TRAILBLAZERS)
9:30 AM – 3:00 PM M/W/F
High energy activities including all of the above and more for 3 and 4 year
olds. Certified Water Safety Instructors supervise The American Red Cross
“Learn to Swim and Boating” program. Introductory teamsports, and
awesome weekly science experiments.
C.MEGALIM (EXPLORERS)
9:30 AM – 3:00 PM M-F
Action packed 5 day version of the Trailblazers program for 3 and 4 year
olds. Children participate in two gym classes each week. Daily swim, art,
music and an abundance of fun.
D.ROSHIM (ADVENTURERS)
9:30 – 3:00 M/W/F
Program specifically designed for children entering Kindergarten in the fall.
Skill building activities strive to bridge the gap between Nursery School
and Kindergarten. NEW "Drama" experience in conjunction with Instructional
Swim, Pee Wee Tennis, crafts, science, Jewish Culture and two special field
trips make this a summer to remember for your soon to be Kindergartner.
E. Tayarim (Voyagers)
9:30-3:00 M-F
Fabulous five day program for children entering Kindergarten. Campers
will acquire the social, physical and emotional skills necessary for success
in Kindergarten. Daily instructional/recreational swim, boating safety, four
spectacular field trips, two drama "productions", new full team sports,
tennis, science and chefs creations. Campers will have a "journalistic"
component to the program. These campers will become the Kiddie Camp Roving
Reporters and create several "publications"during the summer. An exciting action packed summer
program.
Extended Day Option
Before and after camp care is offered. Pre-registration is necessary and the
costs vary depending on usage.
