Early Childhood Center

A place to grow!

Two convenient locations – Getzville and Buffalo. Children 18 months – Pre-K enrolled in our Nationally Accredited (NAEYC) Early Childhood Center learn through developmentally appropriate activities in a warm, safe nurturing environment. Children build confidence that prepares them for Kindergarten. All families are welcome! Flexible programs to accommodate your scheduled are offered -- full day, half day or combinations of children’s schedules.

A place to learn and discover!

Our teachers are special. Most have been on staff for many years. This stability wins extra confidence from parents! Our spacious, bright, and colorful classrooms are filled with developmentally appropriate toys and play equipment that encourage creativity, curiosity and imagination. Academic skills, language development, and social skills are taught in fun interactive playful learning experiences . Children experience the excitement of gym, music and dance classes. Three and four year olds participate in weekly American Red Cross “Learn to Swim” programs that emphasize water safety and give children the direction, encouragement and recognition needed for their success.
Children enjoy the indoor swimming pools, fitness activities in full size gyms, dance studio, music room, art gallery, fully equipped playgrounds, and more!

A place to celebrate!

Children learn about Jewish culture, traditions and holidays through crafts, music, stories, dramatic play and cooking activities. We also celebrate that our families come from many backgrounds and encourage kids and parents to share their cultural experiences. These shared experience show children the best of so many worlds.

We welcome and include children with physical, mental and emotional challenges in all programs. A meeting with the director is needed so that we can insure that all needs of children can be met. By developing a very important partnership with parents, we will insure the success of our children.

To enroll your child in the JCC’s nationally accredited early childhood center, you be a member of the JCC. As a member, you and your family will enjoy so many activities and special events.
